MERV 13 Home Select AC Filter (2-Pack)
The PREpleat M13 pleated filter has a low initial resistance and supports achievement of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and credits by significantly improving Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), reducing energy consumption when upgrading from filters with lower MERV ratings and higher resistance levels.
PREpleat M13 filters are designed for general air filtration in all types of cooling, heating, and ventilating systems. They can be used as prefilters to extend the life of higher efficiency filters, or on their own. These filters are suitable for installation in front-access holding frames and side-access housings. They are excellent for upgrading from disposable panel filters, permanent filters or media pads in metal frames, where a higher level of cleaning is desired. Intended for home and commercial use.

Dust and Lint
Dust is made up of a variety of things. Dander, lint, hair, and an array of allergenic particles. A MERV rated air filter can help control the accumulation of dust and lint in your home.
Dust Mite Debris
One of the most common indoor allergens, Dust Mites can easily become airborne and contribute significantly to household dust.
Help take control of seasonal allergies by choosing a home air filter capable of trapping pollen and prevent it from entering your home.
Home air filters can help those with pet allergies by capturing pet dander and improving the air quality in your home.
In addition to causing structural damage to your home, mold can present a significant health risk to you and your family.
The flu and other common colds can be spread through airborne microorganisms and are easily transmitted from person to person.
Improve the air quality of your home by capturing smoke and particulates from wood burning fireplaces, forest fires, and second-hand smoke.
Small airborne particles can serve as carriers to viruses and harmful bacteria. Improving the air quality within your home environment can limit your exposure to the flu and common colds.
Vehicle exhaust, industrial emissions and other air pollutants decrease air quality and can present significant health risks.
Smoke from factories and cars can seep into your home and affect the air quality. Protect from dangerous chemical inhalations with Merv 13.
Invisible allergens lurk in the air and cause repeat sneezing and congestion. Filtering for microscopic allergens improves air quality and lets you breathe easy.
If your home was built before 1978, there is a good chance it has lead-based paint. Protect your family from lead dust by investing in Merv 13.
SUPERIOR DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
MEDIA SUPPORT: Diamond-shaped expanded metal maintains maximum support while avoiding air bypass.
PLEAT DESIGN: V-Pleat design minimizes resistance, keeping consistent pleat count, height and shape.
FRAME: Heavy-duty two-piece moisture-resistant frame includes diagonal and horizontal support members bonded to the media on the air entering and leaving sides. This is a durable frame for any commercial and industrial application.
BI-COMPONENT MEDIA: Ultra-high performance bi-component synthetic media contains electrostatically engineered tri-lobal fibers within homogeneous domains of positive and negative electrical charges. These electrical charges in the bi-component fibers contribute to an ultra-high performance product.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE LIMITS: Maximum operating temperature is 180°F (82.22°C).
MERV 8 Home Select AC Filter
MERV8 pleated filter achieves MERV 8 efficiency with low resistance to airflow per ASHRAE 52.2. Its filtering medium does not rely on electrostatic charge to capture particulate, since this charge dissipates over time.

MERV 11 Home Select AC Filter
The PREpleat M11 SC pleated panel filter enables a significant upgrade in collection efficiency over existing MERV 8 products. A 25–30% average efficiency filter can be upgraded to 60–65% efficiency at roughly the same resistance levels, when this filter is utilized.
